1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital and physical products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is made and the digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. USB Drive Purchase & Return Policy:

Quality Assurance: Before each USB is shipped, it’s thoroughly tested to ensure top-notch performance. I format every drive as FAT32, making it widely compatible with various devices.

No Refund Policy: I pour my heart and soul into every mix, and I hope you love them as much as I do. However, due to the nature of digital media, I can't offer refunds on USB drive purchases.

Defective Drives – Exchange Guarantee: If your drive doesn’t work upon arrival (bummer!), don’t sweat it. I’ve got your back! You can request an exchange of the USB drive within 14 days of receipt. Here’s how:

a. Report the Issue: Contact me at Mydjstorm@gmail.com with a brief description of the problem. Please include your order number.

b. Return the Original: Send the original USB drive back to me. Note: You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

c. Quality Check: Once I receive the defective drive, I’ll inspect it. If it’s a genuine tech hiccup, I’ll rush a replacement your way!

d. Replacement Dispatch: A brand-new, fully functioning USB drive loaded with your purchased mixes will be shipped to you, at no additional cost.

Additional Notes:

• Compatibility: Ensure your device supports FAT32 formatted drives. I’m not responsible for compatibility issues.

• Handle with Care: USB drives are sensitive. Protect them from water, heat, and the boogie monster (aka physical damage).

All digital products available for purchase on our website are are the intellectual property of DJ Storm.  You are purchasing my creative thoughts of my Dj sets when purchasing my music products.  Your purchase grants you a personal, license to use the digital merchandise. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, modifying, or distributing the products.
